News is exciting to the young and old alike, if it fits into their belief-systems. Man thinks no news is good news because he fears that news may bring in tidings which do not fit his beliefs. He needs to understand that no news is good news and also that any news is good news, for all news is illusory in a world which is illusory. News that conveys this understanding is good news.

Comment on article “Right and Wrong”

Randy, Netherlands

This article is one of my favourites: it should be on everyone’s night table.

How can we ever come to understand that we are dealing with an illusory state of mind when we regret the past or feel confused in the present or anxious about the future when we don't give our mind a deep thought. It is so clear that we have to ponder deeply in order for any understanding to happen that all these things cannot happen in life.

You sometimes remind me of a ruthless samurai warrior who handles the sword of cleavage to destroy gullibility. At other moments you seem to use this sword with the gentleness and patience of a sculptor who cuts away the ignorance of man, piece by piece, in order for the truth within to shine through.

I wondered, whence came this sword that you use, who was the black smith and what is it made up of?

It has to be life, which has entrusted you with it. The black smith too is life and the sword is definitely made of Love.

Comment on book “The Illusions of Life”

Randy, Netherlands

I have been reading most chapters of Illusions of life. I read them with “different” eyes. Currently my focus seems to be on understanding sound and my attention was/is especially on the chapters illusions of the five senses and of objects. I also remembered and have been (re)reading the beautiful chapter Destiny (is Sound), KG5. My goodness: a basic understanding of duality is one thing but to remain steady as I notice how sound creates individuals, doership, situations etc. is something else!

Thank you for your support, Guruij, it means a lot, probably more than I can comprehend.

Comment on “The Epic of Understanding”

Paul Dekker, Maastricht

The “The Epic of Absolute Understanding” is a true companion, it makes understanding deepen, deepen, and deepen, for limitless is it’s wisdom.

Thank You so much dear Doctor Shankar.
