Big Picture of Life (2)

“Consciousness”

A point in consciousness appears as the sun. The light from the sun that is received by the human eye as daylight is transformed as a thought that indicates sun as an object in the sky. The intensity of sunlight is specific.

A point in consciousness appears as the moon. The light from the moon that is received by the human eye as moonlight is transformed as a thought that indicates moon as an object in the sky. The intensity of moonlight is specific.

Daylight and moonlight contain radio waves, x-rays and micro waves which are light rays of specific intensity. This signifies that the specific intensity of sunlight and moonlight also contains other intensities of light.

A point in consciousness appears as an atom. Every atom of earth is light. An atom is not visible to the human eye. This signifies that light from every atom of earth is not seen by the human eye, but light is nevertheless present.

Therefore, the light from the earth which the human eye receives, but cannot see, is transformed as a thought that indicates earth. The intensity of light from the earth that enters the eye is specific.

Every atom of a seed in vegetation is light. An atom of a seed in vegetation is not visible to the human eye. This signifies that light from every atom of seed in vegetation is not seen by the human eye, but light is nevertheless present.

Therefore, the light from vegetation which the human eye receives, but cannot see, is transformed as a thought that indicates specific vegetation. The intensity of light from vegetation that enters the eye is specific for the type of vegetation.

The same principle applies to seeds, plants, trees, grains, flowers and fruits in vegetation. The light from them is specific. The specific intensity of sunlight that is seen by the human eye and enters the eye, and the intensity of light from vegetation that cannot be seen by the human eye, but nevertheless is present and enters the human eye, is transformed as a thought. The thought indicates seeds in vegetation, plants, trees, grains, flower, fruit, blossom, ripe, withering, rotting, growth, shape, form, colour, consistency and decay.

Every atom of a seed in the animal kingdom is light. An atom of a seed in the animal kingdom is not visible to the human eye. This signifies that light from every atom of seed in the animal kingdom is not seen by the human eye, but light is nevertheless present.

Therefore, the light from the animal kingdom, which the human eye receives, but cannot see, is transformed as a thought that indicates a specific species in the animal kingdom. The intensity of light from the animal kingdom that enters the eye is specific for the species in the animal kingdom.

The same principle applies to seeds of the animal kingdom and to the species. The light from them is specific. The specific intensity of sunlight that is seen by the human eye and enters the eye and the intensity of light from the animal kingdom that cannot be seen by the human eye, but nevertheless is present and enters the human eye, is transformed as a thought. The thought indicates seeds in the animal kingdom, growth, shape, form, colour, consistency, activities, birth and death.

Similarly, every atom of a human seed is light. An atom of a human seed is not visible to the human eye. This signifies that light from every atom of human seed is not seen by the human eye, but light from it is nevertheless present.

Therefore, the light from humans, which the human eye receives, but cannot see, is transformed as a thought that indicates a specific human. The intensity of light from a human that enters the eye is specific for that particular human.

The same principle applies to seeds of different humans. The light from them is specific. The specific intensity of sunlight that is seen by the human eye and enters the eye and the intensity of light from humans that cannot be seen by the human eye, but nevertheless is present and enters the human eye, is transformed as a thought. The thought indicates humans, growth, health, disease, shape, form, colour, consistency, religion, spirituality, activities, language, birth and death.

The enlightened have rightly proclaimed that life is a play of light and sound.

Editor’s Note:
The understanding of life presented in this article and elsewhere by the enlightened with wisdom is gently transforming man’s comprehension of daily life that has been present for countless generations. The understanding that consciousness has appeared, is appearing and will never cease to appear as the whole world that mankind has known, knows now and will come to know dissolves the time-honoured ideas and assumptions that have held man in bondage. Thus, consciousness appears as freedom, albeit illusory. What a wonder is life’s play.
Julian Capper, UK.

German Translator’s Note:
Dr. Shankar's article reveals the invisible: that the light of things and beings that penetrates our eyes conveys not only the outer, visible form, but also seemingly hidden qualities. This is an astounding explanation for the fact that man reads the world through thought, albeit illusionary, without being aware of how this process happens and that he does not do it himself. The reading of the world happens to man as an inherent function of light, because all atoms of the world are light. All information about the world exists in the form of light and is on its mysterious journey as things, plants, animals and humans. Understanding the big picture of life is light as information provided by the intelligence of life when it is destined to happen.
Marcus Stegmaier, Germany.
