Circle

“Of life”

Nothing begins in life, as is evident in the article ‘Begin’, yet many, various things and many, various, living entities exist on earth. Man and woman need to ponder deeply on the implication of their existence.

The implication of the fact that, where anything living or non-living begins, can never be determined and where anything begins is only assumed signifies that the end of anything can never be determined either. The end is only assumed as well.

The scientific knowledge of the fact that every atom of every living or non-living entity is light gives a clue to understand that life is a circle.

When an atom began can never be determined without a doubt, just as everything else, as pointed out in the article ‘Begin’. This implies that an end of an atom can never be determined either.

An atom at the quantum level is light. It only appears as an atom on perception of thought. As a thought is an illusion of light, because every atom of the brain is light and not brain, it implies that an atom is light.

The world is round like a circle and a circle is round as well. This signifies that life within the circle would be a circle as well. Life is a circle because every atom within life is light as well.

Light has no beginning, which implies that life has no end as well. It is obvious that a circle has no beginning nor an end. Every point in a circle is the beginning as well as the end in the same moment, just as an atom is a wave and a particle in the same moment. This also implies that light begins and ends in the same moment and a distinct beginning or an end of light cannot be determined.

Therefore, life is a circle and, as a circle goes on and on, life too goes on and on eternally without a beginning and without an end. Thoughts in the mind go on and on as well like a circle and a beginning and end point of thought can never be determined.

Therefore, a beginning and an end of anything in life is illusory and is neither actual nor distinct. The enlightened have rightly proclaimed that life is beginningless and endless.

Editor’s Note:
Man lives in two different worlds: that of conditioned mind, which has no reality, and that of light, which is the single reality. Man’s conditioned mind knows nothing of reality; reality has never met man’s conditioned mind. Man lives his life in a circle of ideas, which are constantly changing. Such changes may lead to confusion and disharmony. Even more so as we witness the coming and going of family members and friends, sometimes in tragic circumstances. By the grace of God, however, these changes may also lead man towards the company of a wise man – one who deeply understands the meaning of existence. By the grace of God, there are those of us who have met Dr Shankar, author of this article, and there are those of us, the readers, who have read and heard his deep understanding of reality.
