Enough

“No more”

Every man or woman has knowledge of daily life. Every man or woman knows what is going on in daily life to him or to her. Every man or woman has this knowledge in their mind.

Every man or woman has a body and a mind. The body of the man or woman exists in the here and now in daily life. The mind in the man or woman exists in the concepts of: present, past and the future in daily life.

Knowledge has evolved in the mind of every man and woman as an illusion of sound in precise moments. Similarly, wisdom too evolves in man and woman in the mind at precise moments.

Every man and woman usually wants more of the things he or she likes or continuance of the things he or she likes.  Every man and woman does not say enough to what he or she likes.

Knowledge does not inform every man and woman that the things they like in the moment are gifts of life in the moment. Knowledge informs people that he or she can get what he or she wants in daily life.

Wisdom that has evolved reveals that every moment in daily life gifts every man and woman with the contents of the moment. Wisdom reveals that the content within the moment is precise in quantity and cannot be other than what the content is.

Knowledge informs that the content of the moment in daily life, for example, is matter, emotion or feeling. If these contents of the moment are liked by man or woman, more of it is wanted by them or the continuance of the same.

Hunger for eating food is matter, emotion and feeling experienced by the body. Every man and woman says enough at a precise moment after food is offered to them.

Thirst for drinking water is matter, emotion and feeling experienced by the body. Every man and woman says enough at a precise moment after water is offered to them.

When man and woman realise wisdom that whatever is in any moment of daily life is a gift of life to them and is not got by them, they will say enough to whatever there is in the moment of daily life.

The enlightened do not want anything in daily life. The enlightened are certain that the moment in life will gift them what they are meant to get.

Editor’s Note:
‘There is no right path. There is no wrong path .Life is your path.’ Every man and woman, bar the enlightened, lives  by the knowledge in their mind. Does any man or woman live by trust in life?  Do you? During his or her lifetime, man may gradually grow in the understanding that every detail of his or her daily existence, nay his very existence, is gifted by the intelligence of life. The provisions gifted are from life alone. Man is not the doer. That this is true for all mankind is understood and revealed by the enlightened.
Julian Capper, UK.

German Translator‘s Note:
Thinking about what else you would like to have creates the mental feeling of a lack. But wisdom in this article reveals: The present moment is precisely all there is. This understanding reveals the overflowing, never-ending abundance of life as it is. The knowing mind with thoughts is a bottomless pit, the wise mind without thoughts, on the other hand, is a cornucopia, a cash cow, an eternal fountain of youth.
Marcus Stegmaier, Germany.
