“Microwave”


The intelligence in life has manifested light as fire. Light or fire is heat. This is evident by the presence of sun. Science informs that sun is a ball of fire and it is evident that sunlight is heat as well.

Sunlight is full of light and the intensity of light is maximum at the sun and minimum in the depths of the sea. The intensity present in sunlight on earth is healthy for humans, animals, vegetation, bacteria and microbes to exist.

The maximum intensity of sunlight as gamma rays, x-rays, ultra-violet rays lead to ill-health to the human body. Daily exposure to light as industrial x-rays also leads to ill-health. Humans understand this.

Higher intensity of sunlight does not allow food to grow on earth. This implies that the intensity of sunlight within limits is healthy for food to grow and the intensity of light as fire within limits allows food to be cooked and eaten. This leads to good health.  

Outside the limits of intensity, sunlight is unhealthy for food to grow. Similarly, outside the limits of light as fire food can be cooked, but when eaten it eventually leads to ill-health. 

The intensity present in sunlight on earth enables food as carbohydrate to grow and be transformed as fats and proteins. The intensity of light as fire cooks food as proteins, fats and carbohydrates to enable man or woman to eat.

When food such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates are cooked outside these limits, the physical structure of these foods, their nutrients, taste and smell are altered and are not the same.

The intelligence in life has manifested the intensity of sunlight present in earth which enables microbes and bacteria to grow. Microbes and bacteria are important for the digestion and absorption of food and its nutrients to be converted into enzymes, vitamins etc.

Outside these limits, fire or heat alter the physical structure of microbes and bacteria. Therefore, when food is cooked outside the limits, microbes and bacteria are altered and so too their important functions in the digestion of food are altered.

Micro-waves used to cook food conduct heat as fire which is outside the limits that food, bacteria and microbes can handle to be normal. When food that is cooked by micro-wave is eaten, it eventually leads to ill-health.
