Intelligence 6

“Limit and Millet”

The intelligence in life has manifested everything in daily life for human beings precisely within limits. Everything within limits keeps the daily life of man or woman in balance.

The intelligence in life enables man or woman to live their daily life through the five senses. The five senses are sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. The five senses function within limits and keeps man or woman in balance.

Sight or visibility is possible only within a limited wave-length of light-rays for human beings. If light-rays are not within the limits of the range of visibility, neither man nor woman will be able to see or have visibility. The limits of light-rays keep man and woman in balance.

Hearing words is possible only within a limited wave-length of particular sound-waves for human beings. If particular sound-waves are not within the limits of the range of hearing, neither man nor woman will be able to hear words. The limits of sound-waves keep man and woman in balance.

Touch is felt only within a limited range of pressure on the skin for human beings. If pressure on the skin is not within the limits of range, neither man nor woman will be able to feel touch. The limits of pressure on skin as touch keep man and woman in balance.

Taste is recognised only within a limited range of flavours for human beings. If flavour is not within the limits of range, neither man nor woman will be able to recognise taste. The limits of flavours keep man and woman in balance.

Smell is tolerated only within a limited range for human beings. If smell is not within the limits of range, neither man nor woman will be able to tolerate smell. The limits of smell keep man and woman in balance.

The intelligence in life transforms foods to glucose to supply energy for the body. The intelligence in life releases energy from glucose from foods after a certain limit of time.

The transformation of food into glucose for the energy needs of the body after a certain period of time keeps the body in balance. This balance is expressed as health by the energy released by glucose.

If the transformation of food into glucose for the energy needs of the body happen quickly and not after a certain period of time, ill-health results again after a certain period of time and not immediately.

The intelligence in life transforms millets into glucose for the energy needs of the body after a certain period of time. This keeps the body in balance. The balance is expressed as good health.

The intelligence in life expresses health and ill-health after a certain period of time. This signifies that everything in life has its limits. When the limits are crossed everything is in imbalance, which includes ill-health. When the limits are maintained there is balance, which includes health.

When the intelligence in life expresses this deep understanding of limits through the intellect in the mind, man and woman will eat millets that not only give energy, but also maintain good health.

Millets restore good health from ill-health. This implies that millets not only maintain good health, but also cleanse the body.

Editor’s Note:
The wise have concern for both the physical and the mental health of mankind. The intelligence of life has concern for both the physical and the mental health of mankind. This concern is single, unexpected and spontaneous – it is a supreme gift. Deep understanding of this is health. The precision of this provision for good health, as expressed in this article, is breath-taking. It is available in every moment of the lifetime of every human being that has been, is and is yet to be. Acknowledgement of this is gratitude.

German Translator’s Note:
Many of us, including myself, have long forgotten, what millets are. This series of articles is a great reminder by Dr. Shankar for humanity to grow food healthily and eat healthy. Gratefulness to this simple but extraordinary wisdom is what remains, if you try it!
